Futterman & Lanza, LLP Present Lecture on Estate Planning, Wills & Advance Directives at 1in9/Hewlett House on May 25

Attorneys Aaron Futterman and Ron Lanza of the law firm Futterman & Lanza will present a lecture on Estate Planning, Wills and Advance Directives on May 25, 2010. The lecture will take place at 1in9/Hewlett House, 86 E. Rockaway Road, Hewlett. This event is part of a free lecture series presented by 1in9/Hewlett House for those affected by cancer, their caregivers, friends and families.

Mr. Futterman and Mr. Lanza will discuss the use of last wills and testaments, living trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare proxies and living wills.

“These people have so many questions on how to handle their money and what happens to their estate after they pass away,” said Geri Barish, President, 1in9/Hewlett House. “These people are looking to plan for themselves and their loved ones down the road. This lecture will give them the answers they are looking for.”
