Michael LoFrumento, Partner, Galasso, Langione, Catterson & LoFrumento, was named one of the top ten leaders in divorce law on Long Island under the age of 45 by The Ten Leaders Cooperative.

Mr. LoFrumento concentrates in matrimonial and family law, including equitable distribution, complex business valuations of multimillion-dollar companies, custody, relocation, parental access, support, enforcement and modification issues. He also assists in teaching "Family Law Skills" at Hofstra Law School, which is a course designed to teach second- and third-year law students in the practical skills necessary to successfully navigate their clients through a divorce. The Ten Leaders Cooperative was founded in 2002 as a long-term presentation of experienced and qualified professionals in medicine, law, finance, architecture and technology. It promotes and protects the reputations of experienced professionals — both online and in print — and presents groups that are the result of lengthy, disciplined and good-faith efforts to identify professionals with records of stability, integrity and competence. Members are added to Ten Leaders based on the length and focus of the practice and out-of-firm peer referrals.

"I am very pleased to be named to this elite group of divorce and matrimonial attorneys in the Long Island area," Mr. LoFrumento said. "It is an honor to be recognized for my work by my peers."
